  2. An overview of their fees, upfront, exit, ongoing

  3. Estimate of their interest rates

  4. Where do they get their money from?

  5. History in the market

Process for adding to our APPL (approved product provider list)

  1. Edit FAQ: What lenders do you recommend: https://mortgagelab.co.nz/ufaqs/which-lenders-do-you-recommend/

  2. Edit A4 disclosure (the MTG Marketing team): Important Information A4 PDF download: https://mortgagelab.co.nz/#important-info

  3. Make sure version number is updated (eg; V5.10.2021)

  4. Request logo from supplier

  5. Place logo on each individual profile page for each adviser
