2FA Authentication

2FA is switched on for all advisers and is compulsary for both Trail CRM and Gmail.

Our gmail backup system has automatic ransomware detection meaning if one of our advisers gets a ransomware virus on their computer and it somehow spreads through our shared drives, we will have an automatic backup of the documents. All client documents should be stored on Trail anyway so ransomware on a local computer should not affect any client files.

Password Strength

7th June 22 – the following advisers were notified their password strength was classed as “Weak” under Google Admin > Reports > User Reports > Accounts:
